Our story
Bastt Bakery began as a love language and a form of healing. My way of showing love to friends and family is to cook and bake for them. When my corporate 9-5 began to be highly intense, I began baking as a way to relieve stress. So now I want to share the product of that with you.
Why “Bastt” Bakery? It’s a hommage to my Egyptian ancestory. Bastt is short for Bastet, the Egyptian goddess of the home, domesticity and women’s secrets, among other things. Can you guess the secret to our amazing treats?
